How to Create a Feedback Entry?
You have your feedback board setup, your customers can now start creating feedback entries for you to work on. Use the "New Feedback" button both int the admin portal as well as public view to add a few feedback entries to provide a head start.
Your customers and internal team members can provide feedback by adding the title and description of the feedback; they can also attach images to explain the feedback better.
Your customers can vote and comment on the feedback entries if they have access to the board. Also, an Admin can update the status of the feedback entries, edit and delete them.
