Setting up a Rapidr account for your company is quick and easy. SignUp for Rapidr with your email, company name, and choose your company feedback URL; your customers and teammates would use that to provide feedback.

When you sign up for Rapidr, you get your feedback portal link ( yourcompany.rapidr.io). Your customers and teammates can provide feedback at your public Rapidr feedback portal:

You just have to link your portal from inside your product/website. This will be your embeddable widget. Put the link somewhere it's easy to find. We recommend adding it as a link in the footer of your website.
