What is a Public Board?
Feedback boards in Rapidr are Public by default. Public Boards are visible and can be accessed by anyone on the web.
Even on Public Boards, Rapidr does not allow completely anonymous feedback. A person must be login before they can add feedback, vote, or comment.
While adding a feedback entry, just enter the title and description, attach any images, and add a feedback entry.
Customers can delete or edit an entry after it's been submitted only if they are the author. They can add comments to any entry or reply in other feedback threads. They can also vote freely on any entry on the Board.
Every user gets one vote per feedback entry. There is no limit on how many entries a customer can cast a vote.
