How to add Confidential Comments?

Confidential comments are comments that can be seen by internal team members, by Rapidr admins only. These comments can be added by clicking the "Post comment as - confidential to teammates" button and publishing it. These comments can't be seen publicly.

You can use confidential comments to:

• Logging conversation details 
• Discuss feature scope with your team
• Announcing unofficial status updates to your fellow teammates
• Uploading screenshots with user data
