How to Vote on Behalf of Customers?

Rapidr has a vote on behalf feature that lets you track the feedback you get from other channels.

Vote on behalf can be used to:

• Keep track of which users want what.
• Collect feedback via other channels (Email, Slack, customer calls etc.) and keep track of it in Rapidr
• Add feedback manually on a customer's behalf.

When you vote, you can also type the name. Rapidr will suggest customers if the name matches.
