How to Manage an Entry Settings?

Rapidr admins have full control over a feedback entry, so you can manage and update it easily. Let's understand how to:

• Editing a feedback entry.
• Deleting a feedback entry.

Editing a Feedback Entry:

Let's say you get some description wrong in a feedback entry or you want to add more details to it. All you have to do is click  the "Edit" link on the original entry to update the wording from the admin view in Rapidr:

If you need to permanently remove an entry for whatever reason, you can use the "Delete" option:

This will delete the entry along with all comments on it.This action cannot be undone, so be sure you want to permanently delete the feedback entry.Consider marking the status of the entry as "Closed" with a comment instead.
