Status Change Emails

When you update a feedback entry status, we will notify all the users and teammates we have voted on the feedback entry with a status update email. 

Things to know:

  • Only users with access to the Board will get notified. 
  • Rapidr Admins will not receive a status update email.

This is an easy way to notify everyone about progress on a feature they care about.
