How to Create a Feedback Board?

Once you have setup Rapidr for your company, start collecting feedback by creating a feedback board.

Rapidr has a "Create board" button from the admin portal to create a new board. Just add the board's title, and your feedback board is ready to capture your customer's feedback. 

A Rapidr board is a public board and is embedded with various features such as sorting, searching, and status updates.
